Cavan Sullivan, one of the most highly-touted prospects in American soccer history, got his 2025 season underway, coming on as a late substitute in the Philadelphia Union's stunning 4-1 rout over MLS contenders FC Cincinnati.
Sullivan came on in the 81st minute and was on the pitch as his team padded its lead over the visitors, with record signing Bruno Damiani getting his first league goal for the side in stoppage time.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
After spending much of last season with the Union's development team, Union II, Sullivan spent preseason with the first team and was on the Union's bench in their season-opening win over Orlando.
All of that points to a larger role for the 15-year-old, who made three league appearances last season.
